Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Ready stock items will be delivered within the period mentioned above, and preorder items will be processed within the period above, plus the production time mentioned in each product page.

 

Please note that we process your orders and delivery within our business days, which is Monday-Friday, from 08.30 – 17.30, and Saturday from 08.30 – 17.00. We do not process any shipping on Sundays, or on public holidays.

 

We always strive to deliver our goods on time. Should we be experiencing high volume orders, we will definitely let you know via email or WhatsApp message. Delays will not take more than 5 working days for us to process.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Different shipping fees are applicable for different product weights. For estimated shipping time, please refer to the table below:

Shipment to P.O. boxes 

Please let us know should you want to send your items to a PO Box address. Our team will help you arrange the shipment to your preferred P.O Box address

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

An email confirmation will be sent to you after you have completed your order. It will contain the receipt and order tracking code, in which you will be able to track via the link here.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Ideal Home Bali is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Ideal Home Bali is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received an order with a damaged package, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
