How can I check stock availability?
You can check stock availability of each product under each product page, and we always strive to keep our stock updated on a live basis. A lot of products are pre-order items and can always be purchased at any time to be delivered to you as soon as we complete our production process and quality control

We support ethical & sustainable production, and fair trade, therefore most of our product can be purchased as a pre-order item, to avoid overstocking and minimise labour and material waste

How do I order your product with custom material or finishes?
Simply select the ‘Customise this for me’ button under each product you would like to customise. Please note that not all of our furniture collection has a customisable option

The best way to do this is to contact us via WhatsApp or email, or schedule a meeting at our concept store. We have a dedicated team that will look after your requests, so come and let us know how we can help to design your dream furniture
What is a pre-order item?
A pre order item is a product which will be produced as soon as a customer purchase our product. We have a dedicated team ready to assemble, or create your ordered furniture from scratch, to always maintain and present you the best quality products we possibly can give
How long does it take to pre-order an item?
Depending on the product, our pre-order period usually takes 7-28 working days. The pre-order period is displayed under each product page for your convenience
Can I order your product in custom material or finishes?
We have a selection of custom finishes or material to fit your needs. It is always possible to create your furniture to best suit yo
Can you create custom made furniture design?
Yes, other than our online furniture collection, we specialise in custom furniture items, tailored to your room size and your preference
What services do you provide as your after sale customer service?
As a company, we are dedicated to provide you with the best furniture for the best price for all our customers, ensuring that everything meets our QC standard. If you find a minor flaw after receiving your items, simply let us know the problem and we will help you resolve your problem.
I am a returning customer and would like to refurbish my old furniture. Is that one of your service?
First of all, thank you for your trust in our company. We can help refurbish your old furniture if it has been purchased from us. Our team will analyse your furniture and determine the cost of refurbishment, to cover the materials (upholstery, hardware, etc) and labour cost to make your furniture as good as new. You can also talk to our designers to help you choose the right finishes for your furniture.
There is a flaw in my product
We as a company are dedicated to provide you with the best furniture for the best price for all our customers, if you find a minor flaw after receiving your items, simply let us know the problem and our customer service will help you resolve your problem.
Do you have a warranty for your product?
We have a different warranty for each product. Please check each product page for the warranty period.
Can I return my product?
Our product is made by our local artisans, and each of your purchases has been distributed as a portion in each of the production processes. To pay respect to our labour and to our Mother Earth, our product is of final sale. Should there be a major problem with our product, simply contact us and our customer service will help you resolve your problem.
Can I have my items delivered? Or can I pick up my own items in store?
We provide a delivery service within Bali and Nationwide. You can also choose to pick up your item in store if it is convenient for you. You can also check our delivery rate chart in our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I track my delivery?
Smaller delivery: Depending on the shipping method, we will provide you with our progress delivery by WhatsApp or e-mail. You can also track your delivery through our partner delivery courier service website.
Larger delivery: Depending on the shipping method, you will receive an order confirmation and a WhatsApp and/or e-mail one day prior to delivery (for local delivery), or receive an estimated delivery period (for Nationwide delivery).

What payment methods do you offer?
For your ease and comfort, we provide many kinds of payment method, including but not limited to the following; Debit Card (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), Credit Card (BCA, Mandiri, BNI), and any Cards connected to VISA and MasterCard through our online payment getaway system. We also accept payments via GoPay, Dana, and OVO. If you choose to pay by manual transfer, please contact us with a payment and order confirmation for us to process your order. You can also choose to pay in cash at our offline store.
Do you have Gift Cards?
Not at this moment, however, our team are currently developing exciting new cards for your gifting experience.
