Our goods are passionately designed and crafted for each of our customers and have gone through a Quality Check process where we check the items in each production line to ensure that it meets our unprecedented standard.

 

If by any chance there are some flaws in your product, please drop us an email with the reason and a picture of the mentioned flaw, and we will take a closer look, as each case might be different.

 

We would only accept returns and exchanges for products that come with a return/exchange/warranty mark, within the period mentioned on each of the product pages.

 

To claim, you should be able to provide video proof of unboxing the item(s), to let us know that the faulty/damage came from our side, and not due to accidents that happen after the unboxing process.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.

Our product is made by dedicated local artisans, and each of your purchases has been distributed as a portion in each of the production processes. To pay respect to our labour and to our Mother Earth, most of our product is of final sale. 

For any items that come with a return/exchange/warranty mark, you may return the items to us for an online store credit, or exchange only. We do not offer cash refunds. 

Should there be a major problem with our product, simply contact us and our customer service will help you resolve your problem.

WARRANTY

If a problem should arise which you feel is covered by our Warranty, contact our customer support to obtain a warranty service. All claims must include the original receipt and could only be claimed within the applicable warranty period.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the shipment. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the form, and mail your return to the following address:

STORE CREDITS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return in the form of store credits. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
